Our Coach helped us to introduce a company dashboard, which enables us to identify exactly where we stand financially. We are now making informed decisions about recruitment, advertising and equipment purchases, we have introduced monthly meetings with each department and also with individual employees. We set common goals and all the team are well aware of our targets, which we know we will achieve. The feedback from staff within these meetings is vital to our success.

Recently, not only have we nearly trebled revenues, we have doubled the size of the team and have also moved into prominent main road offices with our key strategic partner. Growth is huge and all this is being done with no adverse impact on customer experience. We are continuing to grow whilst not losing that personal touch that has got us where we are today.
At the moment we are galloping into the future, each day moving closer to fulfilling our mission and vision.
